All orders are shipped via Australia Post Regular Mail service, between 2-3 working days from the date when the order was placed. If you require tracking, please select Express Post via the shipping upgrades drop down menu at checkout.

Australia Post provides the below shipping time estimates:

Regular Post (No tracking) = 2-6 business days
Express Post (With tracking) = 1-2 business days

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Economy Air service, between 2-3 working days from the date when the order was placed. This is the cheapest international shipping option and does not include tracking. If you require tracking, please select this option via the shipping upgrades drop down menu at checkout.

Australia Post provides the below shipping time estimates:

International Delivery (No Tracking) = 15+ business days
International Delivery (With Tracking) = 12+ business days
International by Courier (With Tracking) = 2-4 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and orders can sometimes take longer than expected to arrive. Unfortunately, once your order leaves on its journey, delivery times are outside of our control. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We don’t accept returns, however we will happily provide an exchange for damaged goods within 5 days of your order being delivered. Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. Please contact us if you have any issues.
